night from hell

yet again, god Im so fed up ,Left arm was very painfulall night and if that wasnt enough, my right claf had cramp like pains, it was horrendous, I took all my meds , and to rub arm and leg with the gel the gp gave me, but Im still in awful pain

Poor you Lally, I know how you must feel, my right arm and shouler have been giving me pain for a couple of weeks, and I have to be so careful how I lie, tossing about as I do in the night!!!!
