hi everyone its been why since i have came on here , i have learned to cope with my pain by help others in more need like the olders people it help me forget my pain , as like everyone else u lose ur job and u try to get back into work but no one wants someone with back trouble , but i still try and look for a job as i want to go work but finding the job that suit's u .but i keep smiling , i dont feel the docters help as they still give me pills after pills but that all they can do for u and it a bitch as life we put up and shout up , i have put a pic up of devon harbour were i went for a week to chill out
