Aww Lally, c'mon plug yourself in and let the energy trickle through you, what have you been doing that you shouldn't have? That's always a hard question I know. Last night I was straining potatoes into a collander and my arm just gave way, boiling water all over, not a good thing to happen!!

I see my GP in half an hour, so hopefully she will have the gun ready,lol

its awful when your arms go, Im just going to sit, my eldest daughter is home throwing up with a bad migraine at 26 shes a little baby needing her mum when shes ill, I wouldnt have it any other way. Soulsusie, I hope you get some help from the gp good luck

I have a weak wrist and leaned over the bed last night cos dropped something, landed on my wrist so in agony with that as well as all the other pain today.

Try take it easy, I know not easy to do when your daughter ill, cos you wanna look after them no matter what age, but sounds like both you need some rest.
