Stress and cold sores

Does anyone suffer with cold sores.I am stressed at work,pain is quite bad at the moment but I have to work to maintain my family.I am suddenly experiencing cold sores on my lips and chin as soon as one goes another comes within weeks.Nothing seems to help anyone experienced this?is it part of Fibro?Really gets you down.

I have two coldsores and a spot on my lip right now. They are so sore arent they. I dont know if they are to do with fibro, because i never get spots at all i was one of the lucky teenagers. The only time this happens is when i have had a streesful time and its near the end. Its like all the stress is being let out. If you get what i mean lol. My motherinlaw says its because i am run down who knows.

Thank you for your reply yes they are sore.I never had cold sores until I was told that I have FM.Something else to put up with.Ive noticed to that I keep wanting to bite my nails which I have never done before.Its one thing after another I think we all deserve a break from this terrible FM dont you.?
