just needed to whinge a little. I was so tired yesterday, yet couldn't sleep. passed out about 2:30am and slept all the way till 4:15am!!! Here we go again. my average sleep per night had actually moved up to about 4 hours a night. whoopee!!! i think i'm going back to 2 a night. Sleepy all the time, oh well

hi charlie, fibro time is a pain in the rear! i fall asleep in the day through exaustion and the pain stops me in the night. you dont say whether your gp or rheumy or other has prescribed anything to help your body to relax and aid sleep but there are a number of medicines out now that through trial and error one that suits you can be found i take a combo of meds which do help

as a matter of fact i have always had a sleeping problem. It's gotten much worse over the lats couple of years. GP's have had me trying every type of pill, short of really strong narcotic types.
