Finaly awake and up, even had my hair washedand it sure feels fine! lol : )

could not wake up this morning and my poor knees were burning with pain like having a bad abcess in the mouth!

its a lovely day just the right temp.

Hi poppy feeling tired to today as overdid it yesterday. I'm aching all over i think i've been in a boxing ring but can'nt remember doing so lol. Good day here as well(devon) Hope you feel a bit better tomorrow. soft hugs scrumie xx
