hi you could try your main houspital anywhere that has a physio usually have a hydropool attatched and you should be able to use that

Hello Tramar, I had a look around and it's not easy to find what you need to be honest. If you know of a hospital locally, sometimes their Physiotherapy Departments hold hydrotherapy sessions. What Poppy says is quite right although you usually need a referral from your GP to start with, unless you are having treatment with a Physiotherapist already and they recommend hydrotherapy as part of your treatment. It might be worth asking your GP about this. I think there is a local swimming pool in St. Helens, I am not sure if that is close enough for you. I hope this helps. Take care.

thanks, st.helens is only a couple miles away but trying to find one with warm pool is hard if the water is too cool everything just siezes up.
