Hi

When i did my renewal i just made sure i completed every box with as much detail as possible even if i went over the top about things. I was very lucky to get the higher rate mobility and low carers so i was very happy.

Good luck with yours and just take your time filling it in. xx

Thanks all. I get lower rate care and mobility until October but with all the doom and gloom I'm fully expecting to get nothing even though my condition is worse now .

It doesn't help that I have a new GP practice , because I've moved South , who don't really know me, although they have seen rather a lot of me lately.

I'll just fill it in and see what happens I guess.

hi everyone im new on here i got dignosed in feb just got low care rate dla but thats it was thinking of phoning them up an saying i cant do nothing my family does it all what do u people think please let me no xxxx

Hi Hayley,

You can ask them to look at your award again if you think your condition has gotten worse, or if you think they've gotten it wrong . However please do be aware that when they re-assess ( basically look again at your claim ) they can also decide to lower your eligibility or stop it altogether .

Welcome to the site by the way .

Hugs

xx
