Hello everyone,

had 4 hrs solid off sleep knocked out with double dose of diazipam

12am -4am but that was good enough to get to sleep and let my body relax!

And the sun is out shining even though i can't get out into the garden : (

but its nice to sit by the window and feel the rays : )
