what are shin splints

thank u not sure have had bad pain in shins but can barley walk let alone run so dont know if this is fibro symptom

Shin Splints can occur from any stress to the bones in the lower leg, as an ex-dancer....(thank you fibro) it is a condition that i was particularly aware of, a bad landing could cause shin splints. Have you tripped and landed funny?

Pain from shin splints is quite different from Fibro pain, It is localized to the lower leg and a lot sharper. If you are concerned see a dr. Once you have had shin splints you will immediately recognize the pain as being different from the fibro. I do hope it is "just the fibro" shin splints on top of fibro is not nice.
