hi I suffer with terrible pain/ headaches as yourself, with the migrains I put a very cold flannel over my forhead and i also massage my eyebrows, you probably think eh?! if you gently pinch along the length of each eye brow ,or get someone to do this for you, you will be really pleasantly surprised at the relief it brings.

Hey I've got a virus, we all seem to be going through the mill at the moment and my head is banging, even when I move it hurts. I am just taking usual meds, amptirptylyne, tramadol & paracetomal

But as really tender on left temple, using an ice cold flannel.(Gives a little bit of a release) Also just laying in a dark room, sometimes is the only thing that eases the pain.

I am sure they are many headache relievers on the market, I think my mate had a product that you rub onto temples, think I will take a trip to chemist and explore. Let you know how I get on.

Take Care

I've heard of your meds and been told there the best for fm + migraines, sod's law I'm not allowed them as I suffer from Epilepsy too,

But I think I'll take u up on your idea of going to the chemist myself, I'll get my hubby to take me their, when the kids r back at school,

I'd certainly like to find something different from pills, I'm sick of taking them,

So thanks for that and Good luck
