WORSE TODAY :(

OH dear i got 2 hours sleep last night as well as the usual fibro pain i also started to cough and splutter and have woken up this morming with i think the start of a chest infection so thats nice am going to see if i can get into the gp today to get a course of anti biotics love to you all diddle x

Morning diddle sorry you have not had much sleep this weather does not help with your cold and infection need some warmth in our bodys were is the sun I had a rough night to only 3hrs sleep but I am alive so that's good well good luck with the doc hope you are better soon soft hugs ))) Allan xx

Morning same here think I had 4 hours wake up hurting and fed up off for scan on hands and feet today as swelling gets bad have good day diddle and allan xx

How are you on antibiotics? I am awful - takes ages to get me 'right' after a dose. Really sends me off kilter. I tend to use natural antibiotics these days, THEN if they dont work, I see doc!

Poor You,not much in the way of sleep myself this week so hope that we both get some decent rest over the weekend,relaxing in this terrible drought !!!

God love you 'diddle', its rotton isin't it, I usually find that it takes me ages to go to sleep and I just keep waking up suddenly, every once in a while, I don't know how often I must keep a sleep diary, and when its not my fibro pains and aches and numbness that wakes me up (yes the feeling of numbness does wake me up, unbelievable isin't it,), it's phlegm from my asthma making me cough and wheeze and choke)

I read somewhere that fibromyalgiasts don't have the 4th stage of sleep which is why we wake up unrefreshed, to me I try to rest while sleeping and dream nice dreams but because fibro makes me forever anxious (most of the time unconsciously), I usually have scary dreams I can do without I'm sure everyone on this site knows what I mean, I would love to get some 'sleep test' if I could., must mention it to the doc next week
