You know when you have those days when it even hurts to blink? I'm having one of those. Feel rough as....... Could be worse I s'pose, God I feel so depressed :/ Just needed a moan tbh

Oh yes, mind you I can get whatever bug is around and I cant tell the difference untll I get better and I see how its making friends and family feel, cuddle up with a blanket, drink plenty of water and take a VitC.

hi there i find a nice hot bath helps,doesnt get rid of all aches and pains,it does ease it for short while,you are entitiled to have a moan i have one every day.i get fed up and p-----d of with myself cos i carnt do things i use to do,but we have to put a brave face on and try and get on with it,dont give up.Big hugs and love to you xx

Sometimes a nice Epson Salt bath is good.. Helps your body to detox chemicals etc
