Does anyone knows how disability benefits are changing again in April 2013? How is it going to affect us?

I saw some of this already and, I don't understand, it seems it's going to be better. Although I read the goverment expects to get rid of a 20% of claims with this new system. Someone here also made the point that they are making it hard for people to have legal aid? I guess it means the "objective" assessment is about pretending that at least 20% of sick people are fit to work. Right?
