Hi

I have had so much trouble with my back over the years and have had just about every treatment going, including painkilling jabs and finally an op. When mine went into spasm I found resting and trying to relax is all you can really do. The diazepam should kick in and you should feel more relaxed. The problem is you become so afraid of pain of a spasm you tend to tense up more making it hurt more. Just try to relax.

I am guessing you did alot of lifting and bending in your job? I did in mine, but I now run my own pet sitting business and no longer do any lifting and am alot better,

Hugs xxxxx
