Well, thought I would go to town this morning for a little wander as the weather in Wales is still cold and very very wet. Wish I hadn't bothered now as I am aching so much and feel absolutely shattered. Am having an early catch up to see how everyone is and then I think its an early night for me.

I know Diddle, really bugs me too. I wanted to pop to Asda but didn't have enought energy. I had to stop for a coffee on the way back to the car cos I felt as though my legs were in quicksand and wouldn't move. Still, tomorrow is another day so onwards and upwards!!. xx
