Why did I do that ????

Hi fibro fighters so I went to my friends and she said do u want this wardrobe I was like yes so we carried it over road to mine now I'm in agony my chest has seased up and my arm feels numb I used to be 100 miles an hour now I can't do those things I get angry and frustrated !!i had rest today and felt better after asleep then picked kids up popped painkillers and thought il be fine we must learn to say no 😳😳just hard to except I'm 32 but feel 87 !!

Hi mr z just a quick question thanks for video I shall be listening before I try to sleep !🙂I'm really worried because my doc said he needs to rule out ms he said its more thank likely fibromyalgia but I'm still waiting for diagnosis which is March the 7th,I no symptoms are similar but I'm just so scared because I really do not want it to be ms .....

I am similar and they had to rule out everything else too and after months of tests, they diagnosed me last week.. I thought they had done it a few months ago but I went back for my "review" and they said that it is Fibro 🙄. I used to complete in martial arts so put a lot of pain down to that but now I can't train at all and feel like an old lady too.

It sucks doesnt it. I hope that you get your diagnosis soon and then they start looking at treatment options. I am leaning towards CBD as I feel like a zombie on the amitriptyline and Gabapentin xx

When u got diagnosed did u feel better mentally ?because the not knowing had been the worst as symptoms are so similar to ms ,I get such pain like I've been hit by a car x

When I was diagnosed, it was almost bitter sweet as I found out the cause for the drastic changes to my health, however it is also a chronic condition that can be difficult to manage so I knew that it was not going to be easy.

Before I started with the pain and the brain fog, I was active and constantly at the gym, or training for my blue belt, and now I struggle to hoover without being wiped out for the rest of the day, or days.. But I am just taking each day as it comes really. Trying to meditate and really focus on self care so I can continue to work

I totally get it learning to except u can't do the things u loved is hardest my pains chronic the head full of fog and feeling like I've been hit by a car plus the anxiety each day is a struggle but I still have the joy of laughter on a good day so u take meds or do u have pain management yet xxxxxxx

I am on amitriptyline which has done absolutely nothing, and I have just been prescribed gabapentin but i have not got the prescription through yet.

I find that the Calm app is really good for calming anxiety down, and the Dare app is good for panic attacks. Have you used either of those before? The brain fog is so frustrating, but sometimes you have to laugh it off when the wrong words come out. My son finds it hilarious - when we are laughing together, not when it upsets me, hes good when upset xx

Hi Hun I really hope the gabepentin helps take the edge off I've heard that it's a good medication for fibromyalgia I did not get on with amitryptline I was on 25 mg I took it 2 months it done nothing and made me angry and moody as well as starving in the night so I knocked it on the head ,funny you say about words getting mixed up I get that when I have brain fog pain management will help the brain fog I find mines worst when I have a flare up oh my god I feel like I'm on another planet especially if I go shopping it's like my heads going to explode,I hope the gabepentin helps you and your brain fog gets easier xxxxxxx
