I've read in different places that hypo people and people with sjogren's syndrome somehow have some energy to do housework and even gardening!
Whya is it that I am breatless after walking for 15 minutes or standing on my feet for a while? I moved to NDT and thought this was going to be history and then I found out I had sjgren's syndrome, whih also causes chronic fatigue. I am on Lyrica max amount, tramadol and nothing makes a difference. My blood ressure kees dropping all the time and I'm uncapable of doing nothing.
I have no anemia and my Iron levels and vitamins are fine.
Any ideas what could it be holding me back?

I have it and i have most days like you especially when i dont pace mayself. I get breathless walking and i have to do everything with rests inbetween and i totally listen to my body if i can (i have three kids), so i try my hardest to pace but somedays its just not possible to carry on.
I would go and see your gp and see if she can refer you to somebody, to get a proper diagnosis. I seen a immunologist who diagnosed me.
Chronic fatigue is a symptom of Sjogren's Syndrome but I think in my case it's something else, maybe having cfs is what makes it worse. No idea. I am going to see the reumatologist at the end of May but I'll have a chat with my GP about this too next week because I might need to see another specialist as you suggest. Thanks for your help all, I so much appreciate some help. Thank you.
