I agree with this so much. After taking a meditation course, having had counselling and practising yoga I can totally relate to this thought..... Hope it inspires others xxx

There are people who will run courses in your area I am sure. Where do you live? If you really fancy it I can contact my teacher and she may have contacts.
My teacher wants to work with me and research Fibro sufferers to see how meditation works. She is doing lots of research. xx

Obviously meditation originated from Buddhism, so that may be the spirtitual side. However it's best to enquire fully. Good luck xx

This is so true Rach, I think we all feel so much better when we feel peaceful.
I have done a Reiki course for myself and I also listen to meditation and relaxation cd's which I find helps a lot.
