FACE FLUSHES AND SWELLS ON ONE SIDE.

As well as the FM have Cervical Spondylitis. Base of skull and bone behind my ear,neck and jaw pain like mad every morning. Went to the doctors and he says its the Spondylitis. Does anyone else have this? He says go the dentist and the dentist says go the doctors. Dont know where to go. Any suggestion please? Also it flushes like mad with just a sniff of alcohol. Not fair...

i Jules. Thanks for answering so quicken. Yes I,m the same with hairdressers,in fact dont go now. Did your face flush as well? Asked the dr.for a x-ray but he just said it had been established that I has CS and that would be the reason. I've got other issues as well. Dont think I'll bother going the doctors any more, just seem to be wasting my time. Yes,if affects my eye as well.

Yes that does help to know. You get fed up people saying "your face is all red and swollen" and you dont know what the answer is except that the doctor says its CS. Thanks a lot Jules. Any treatments to know off, please let ne know. Have given up.

Put it all down to a root canal filling years ago. That's when all the trouble started with my face/neck so thought if I had my teeth out in that area it would go away. Needless to say I had them out but pain stayed. Not toothache,but just like me, Face ache!! Good job I can laugh about myself but not always easy..
