Had a long sleep but so tired again n again will this ever end aaaaargh

Dora any one with fibro ever wake-up Not tired n exhausted swollen n stiff! Its been nrly 30 yrs for me and Its only now Im applying for dla help as life is so difficult for me aaargh... any tips welcome xxx

HI mel,

I never feel refreashed but i have sort of got used to thats how i am going to be now. The morning stiffness has been eased abit by taking amitriplyn at night time to help me stay asleep.

The exhausted part is hard, i actually think the fatigue is worse than the pain. I have learnt to pace myself and sit when i have to, go to bed when i have to and have a rest after every jobe i do (even little ones), It is easier said than done but itsw the only way. With pain you can take tablets, there is nothing that will take the fatigue away.

hope you start picking up soon and good luck with dla, i am just starting with mine again.
