Having had a rough few months have decided that my 'normal' has changed and that in order to keep functioning I need to accept worsened symptoms and just get on with it....certainly for the time being anyway.
Sickness rate at work highest I ever have known it and those that are there are full of moans about aches n pains so am in good company!
Have LAST assignment to do for my Degree course this w/end...the prospect of which is making me feel excited and relieved...unexpectedly...been a long haul as its part time online and had to have time off for illness.
Nutrition course planned for next year and concentration on going on staying healthier...
Wishing you all a Happy Christmas and all the best for the New year....x

I feel as though I have no normal. My pains are like a lava lamp, fluidly moving about blobbing here and there as it pleases. Today my shoulders and left heel seem to be what is going right now, though by the end of the day I'm sure I'll be complaining about something else.
I'm glad you are almost done with your degree. I'm sure that will be a satisfying achievement. Good luck. And have fun in nutrition. I bet you could learn a lot of useful info there since several of us benefit from diet change, for whatever reason. Anywho.
Thanks just coming up for a breather!! Its a Degree in Business and Finance and now half way through last assignment...
When I talk about normal its whats normal for me..it only becomes normal for others when they are ill!! So accepting that my normal has changed helps me to keep functioning despite the changes rather than feeling hard done by and that I can't cope. Doesn't always work but just at the moment it is...have a lot to be grateful for and concentrating on that helps.
Thanks for all good wishes,,,breathe back tome to carry on!
