Thanks for the reply means a lot! a few problems at work that i can no longer deal with, too much expected of me and too little of others in my workplace! On the verge of total breakdown have thankfully been signed off for a month due to exhaustion! xxx

Hi della74, soooo glad I am not alone in having problems at work. My line manager at first was very understanding and asked if she should lighten my work, but I asked to be treated the same as always. During the six and half years I have worked there I have not taken very much sick leave compared to others, but have in the last four months not due solely to the fybro. I have felt very depressed with mood swings and really put upon. Just lately I feel like i'm being slowly forced out, apparently i'm not aloud to be quiet and keep to myself while still doing as much if not more than I usually do. I have also been signed off for two weeks awhile ago for high blood pressure and exhaustion. I find it really hard to deal with too. xxx
