after a really lovely day of really sitting down not doing much at all apart from eating! i thought i would go to bed and sleep fro England ( as you know my sleep is not happening at min) but NO went to bed at 11 pm still awake at 1.30 am /3.45 am and finally got up at 5 am after an hour half if that
Not only that my whole body feels like it has been kicked by the rabbit thumper all the tops of my rms my back/shoulders/legs /ankles well whole body really !
