thank you Rach i tend to use alot of relaxation breathing, breathing when i get anxious & breathing through really bad pain too.
I think the breathing exercises are a great help i have even taught my son how to do some breathing exercises for anger management and when hes been upset to calm down. sending (((hugs))) thanks again xx amanda
thats a good thing to do i used to do alot oyf yoga cant do it anymore but i can do that love diddle x
