Good evening dear friends.

I had my 2nd acupuncture yesterday, few more needles in one or two extra places,, bit achy where they were but in general feel reasonable.

Did more housework today, well, more than usual. I'm waiting for the unforgiving FM to pay me back through the night or tomorrow.

On a much happier note me n other half went to view a brand new bungalow with assisted living and Im very happy to say we stand a very good chance of being offered the property.

it has fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and oven with ceramic hob. Its solar heated, its fab. I'm getting all excited and I know I shouldn't, so here's hoping.

talk to you all soon, sleep tight diddle. I do hope you have a good nights sleep.

lol SusanY xxx :) :) :)

bungalow sounds fab! i am so jealous! :)

I have to go for accupuncture in a couple of weeks and finally rang the clinic today to find out about what happens. I dont think they understand about ocd at all. i am scared but not about the needles. she said 20 mins in one position. well, my friend said she'll be lucky if i can sit there that long! my body is continually on the move. well one session will tel me if i can cope or not.

good luck with the move xxxxx

Hi gypsycrafter,

In my experience the whole acupuncture thing takes around 20/30 mins, I haven't sat with the needles in for the full 20mins.

I can sympathize with the ocd as my eldest son suffers with this, has done from a young age and he's 34 now.

You take care

lol

Hi Chris, I did a self referrel at our local health ctr, when I had my assessment the physio suggested acupuncture so I thought I'd give it a go.

He's very good and loves this side of his job.

I have codeine phosphate as it helps (sometimes) with my IBS.

We have a busy weekend as its our grandsons 2nd birthday along with my hubby's on Saturday.

I will be sure and keep everyone briefed on the bungalow, thanks for the best wishes.

Have a good weekend.
