Hi there .I was reading the posts about clicks .its all true ...sadly ... last month a friend of mine went on a road trip for 5 days its was awesome ,relaxing and not a bit of negativity. day trips can be fun or get away for few days ... your body and mind will thank you...yes my body ached from walking and driving and sitting and all that ,but after a good sleep i was ready to go ... life live it ,cheers.

Hi Jessiegirl, I think you are right. If I’ve been out and am then exhausted and in pain I always feel better that it’s due to having done something rather than feeling like that having been at home 😀😀

If I am feeling bad or down I head for the sun ,in my living room i read where the sun comes in or a warm spot as long as I'm not too hot and the light helps me .i rest when I'm tired and recharge again ...

I’ve been to Canada a couple of times but haven’t been to Nova Scotia yet. Canada is a beautiful county 😀😀

I've just bought a hammock to make the most of the sun. Tried it out. I can get in no problem, getting out is hilarious for everyone!!

Probably won't get used too often as I live in the north east of England
