Hey Nadine, the only natural remedy for me is to have a nice long soak in a bath. I add 8 drops of Lavender oil and light my candles and mostly this works for me. It doesnt guarantee a full nights sleep but helps soothe my body and clear my mind. There are a lot of trendy hats, caps etc you could try for your alopecia or even as you suggested a bandana. I hope you find something that makes you sleep well and feel better. Sending love & positive thoughts from me to you x

Ah bless you. I had alopecia about 2 years ago before the fibro diagnosis and i was told " oh your stressed"....helpful! lol. Hope you find something that works for you as i know i was totally devastated when i started to loose mine. (p.s mine just stopped falling out...no idea why)

It may be obvious, but have thyroid and autoimmune conditions been thoroughly ruled out and rechecked for regularly?
