Muscle spsums in legs, hands and feet?

Anyone else suffer with this?

How do they combat this?

At the mo my left arm is well in the way as I either nock things over or jumps and anything in my hands goes flying , I use preagabalin

yeah i do and it is awful like you have no control it comes and goes thank god love to you diddle x

Hello

I get that as well its not nice, trouble is that diazapam you have

to be so careful as its very adictive, its so hard to know what to

do, cymbalta is suppose to help with this, but I dont know what

cymbalta realy does although I take it I am not sure it helps,

Its better to take medication than to have all our troubles.

Quite bad, lots of trembling and spasms in legs and arms; it feels like I want to shiver but it's not cold enough.

Took mertazapine for a while but it dulled my brain down. When I stopped taking it, I realized because i actually shouted at someone instead of just shrugging!!!!

SO you either have less spasms or brain death!!!
