Morning Ladies,

Another lovely day!!! Will we suffer for this??? Will it snow at Easter??? :)

I'm going to the doctors again this morning. I was only there on Monday with my eye infection. Don't think I've ever been twice in less than a week.

I'm going to see him about my thyroid. I had my usual test in February and got a letter from him saying my latest test suggests I might be slightly over replaced. It might be worthwhile reducing your thyroxine too 100 mcg a day. I was on 125 mcg.

I know this is a fibro group but I know a few of us have underactive thyroids too. I definitely feel that as I've cut down my thyrocine by 25mcgs, I've put on weight, I'm sure I ache more than I did and also, I've been taking my thyroxine with a cup of (luke warm) tea and biscuits. I now hear I should take them with water on an empty stomach and not eat for 2-3 hrs.

So anyway, I've got an appointment with the new young doctor at 10:10 today so I'll see what he says.

Just wondered, if anyone has got this far, lol, do you think taking less thyroxine can make you ache worse?

Have a lovely day xxx
