Due to see Rheumy

I am due to see my rhuemy on Monday and i want to tell him how bad things are, but he is the sort that makes you feel you should not be there, he has no bedside manner what so ever. I don't like him. How do i tell him i am not coping at all and in more pain than ever,

write it down and be very polite and ask to read it for him cause you find it hard to explane ,if you get upset (like i did ) dont worry he might realise that you are in a lot of pain and are finding it hard to cope ,go on to the fibroaction blogs

Hi i always go to appointments with everything i wan to say written down all my ailments whats been happening the medication i am on etc as i get there fibro fog kick isn and end up saying nothing so write it all down that way you will be preparesed and he has got to take time out to read what you have put love to you diddle x

Take someone with you as well who knows what you want to cover. That way they can remind you if you forget something.
