Does anyone have what i can only describe as 'twisting' muscles feeling all over body???Any suggestions please it's driving me CRAZEEE.

not sure if its the same but i sort of have that but feels like someone is stretching my muscles to breaking point

Hi it feels like having those slender tone pads all over that make your muscles spasm it always starts as soon as I try to sleep, then you get irriable and stressy which makes it worse, then the hubby starts snoring and there goes yet another peaceful night. Thank goodness for a sense of humour.

i get regular like toes clamped n then twisted hard

my pre-gabalin has kicked back in

Have you been checked out for myofascial trigger points? You may be able to see an NHS physio with some training in this field, but unfortunately the best people for this are usually private (the training is hands-on so time consuming and expensive, hence not many NHS physios or doctors do it).
