I think i have overdone it today, been into Leeds with my future daughter in law and i am bloody done in. My legs have seized up and i am in so much pain I can't move. We spent a few hrs in Leeds, but i had to rest so many times, i begin to wonder if it is worth it at all. My crutches help a bit, but they don;t help my wrists as they are now aching as well. Seriously need to think about getting a wheelchair i think, although i have started using shopmobility and get a scooter from them when i go in to town usually. I just hate feeling useless.
