has anyone developed second reflex above the knee or knee bending wrong way by 45degrees

hi since the fm has kicked in i have noticed that i can lay flat and straighten my legs but found that my heels are now 6" off the floor and when neurologist checked my reflex in the knee he found i have an extra reflex point above the knee as well has this happened to anyone else?

It could just be hypermobility. I have that in my knees. When I walk, my knees bend backwards further than they should do. As far as I know, there is nothing that can fix this, maybe just physio - training in how to avoid moving your knees back too far.
