:( PAIN!!!!! :( FACIAL :) WOO WOO AND NOW PAIN:( :( AGAIN.

Hi to you all jus a quick check in as i am washed out again(whats new i hear yoy say?) well had a painful wobbly day my legs have felt like sponges all day and bit jelly like and have stumbled a few times lucky i was near something to hold onto, well my eldest daughter picked me up earlier and took me to sort out council tax stuff9yawn yawn) then we met up with my youngest daughter and they both took me to my sisters beauty salon and had me booked in for a mini facial and eyebrow wax (again all men are yawning at this point and all women are awwww lovely) this is for my mothers day treat so that was very kind of them and then my sister done my make up for me men can sign off for few lines here if we are boring you, not heavy make up and she said i looked 10 years younger and so much healthier as i had bit of colour it did look nice but now i am home and its back to reality and now taking off the make up and i look pale and ill again lol but it was a really love;ly thought, my daughters have now gone to a harvester to have a meal together they wanted me to go but i just want to lay in hot bath and soak my bones poor old girl . i am very lucky yo have such caring girls and i really enjoyed my treat jus laying there you should all give it a go *( and all you men too) for just that hour i felt normal and relaxed and then i got off the table and fell to the side i think i thought she would massage away my fibro now that would have been nice? oh well hope you all ok and welcome to all the newbies will write on here more and answer few more blogs tommorrow but just need to sit and relax now love to you all Diddle x

The hot bath really does help.I was in so much pain last night,so had a hot bath with candles and lovely bath cream. It did the trick. Also took my amytriptaline and had a better night. Self help is the only option. Listen to your body and react accordingly. Not easy but you have to fight the fibro-fiend! hugs to you xxx
