just bought one of those pill boxes that you can put all your pills in for the week and my god when you see how many tablets you take in a week its shocking !

hi lynz i not doing that so i don't see how many i am depresed as it is .and seeing that would not be good . So just keep morning pills one place night another and 4 hour pills another so it don't look that bad

haha i had to have one my fibro fog is getting worse the other day i think i took too many but cant be sure ,so this way hopefully i wont overdose myself

my pharmacy is putting mine in blister packs as i keep getting them wrong!! so monday breakfast for example, i pop me pouch and all my pills i need to take are there!! you should ask hun, long form but worth it x

haha i just went to chemist and got my repeat and realised theres another 14 to go in lol it took some persuasion but i managed to fit them in lol
