DON'T KNOW HOW I AM STANDING :(

Well i dont know how I am standing at the min my legs are like jelly they are weak and in pain my arms are the same had same trouble tonight as all week cant open bottle top! i am absolutely sattered . no rest though now got to take dog bless him only 5 mins up road and then bath time woo woo. sit for few hours then dreaded bed then got funeral of close family friend 11 am tomorrow through til bout 3/4 pm with the wake etc so busy 2 days jus trying to keep it going and not stop , I just want to cry love to all diddle XXX
