HAS ANY SUFFER GOT AN ACTUAL QUESTIONAIRE TO SHOW US

I am waiting for a telephone call and questionaire from the ESA as within the next two weeks they are going to contact me according to a letter I recieved this morning and I was wonderin if anyone was awaiting the same fate and how they plan on approaching it?

Is this to claim ESA or for a tribunal ???

It is for a renewed assesment of ESA I have been recieving the indefinate time allowance for both I/B and DLA up to getting this letter so I am unsure what the terminoligy for it is so sorry!!!!

Hi Kati Mai, If you go to the Fibro Action site, fibroaction.org/ and click on Benefits Information you will find a wealth of info. I was a member of benefitsandwork before I joined Fibro Action, but as Fibro Action has a professional membership, you won't need to join. You can email them if you would like any of the benefitsandwork stuff and they will email it to you. There are guides on the questionnaire, the medicals and one explaining the points system.
