have spent the whole night awake in pain,body is so stiff all over even the palm of my hands hurt worse night ever .wouldnt have minded if id had a good day but spent most of it resting

Angie sorry to hear you had a bad night.
You never know what to do for the best do you, if we rest we hurt if we do too much we hurt.
Its so good we have got this site to rant away.
