does any one have remits

Im new to all this ive been ill for 3yrs, and I dont ever feel any better, Im only getting worse, day after day

find relaxation (meditation ) helps me

Hi Lally,

I have been gradually getting worse for about 3 years now too. I am ill all the time with times that i get really bad, but do get a bit better but never back to before, if that makes sense lol.

Even all the meds i am on i should be feeling better but they only take the edge off for me. There is somedays when they dont actually help though.

I dont get to have proper rest with having three children, two of which are still young and need lots of attention. wouldnt be without them though.
