As I said last weekend I tried my best to give my youngest son a bit of a hand to move house and suffered for it. WELL, visited him today and helped him in his new house, I dont know where I hurt the most I can barely stand.

Im going to have to go to docs as I am getting some really awful pains in strange places, bit sensitive to say whats what.

I mean just when you think your doing ok you over step the mark and boy do we suffer xx

HI,I did the same yesterday. Cleaned bathroom then had visitors all day. You don't known how much energy you use until you stop. Feel like death warmed up and walking like a zombie

hi everyone-just found out my dear friend has just had a stroke, she has over the last 3 years lost over 3 stone and is very fit for being just turned 60, it seems she is ok but in hospital at the moment i am so shocked by this as she is the most unlikely person for this to happen to and had no warning at all, she has had a bad back but that's it. i don't know what you've got to do to stay healthy in this life, you just seem to fight a losing battle-very sad-julie 51

well ladies it is sooo soo true! even that little burst of energy if you use it you suffer for it. Hope you are sorted wtih docs hope you have good doctors, sometimes you can go and there are different docs who deal with different things and so your problem is not what they specialise in as i feel like a pain literally going so often to moan i am always 'apologising' I still run my cleaning business which ws just me and odd help, but since almost 2yrs ago i had to sacrifice most my income to keep it going until i properly diagnosed. I do not want to give up alll the wonderful customers i have built up if there is something that can be done.it is the physical side that is so very hard but even the paper work now got girls is hard, cos some days i can go over and over the same one thing and not get my head around it lol There are some days i cannot even drive for the herendous pain in hands and how stiff etc i feel, also i have to share a car at minute and do roughly over 100 miles a day in and out of car and sometimes i can hardly get out the car! so i really feel for you doing a 'house move' that is a job and half all the packing up in and out and lifting and carrying going to and from the houses you be so worn nout as i struggle to help move anything in anyones house.my daughter is my back bone at minute for my cleaning to continue.
