so fed up...i can cope with the widespread pain...but the ibs really gets me down even though i know it will only last for a few days...

just feel so bloated and uncomfortable, i cant wear the clothes i want to and at it's worst, i cant stand up!

that's it...just needed to whinge...

Hi Anjie, just to say you are not alone today as i have it too and the swelling has caused my heart to go into overdrive, i have had AF all morning!

I suffer with inflammatory bowel disease as well as FMS so I defo know what you mean about bloated tummy and pain.
