Bad day follows a bad night

Hi all just to let you all know that I had a really bad night last night and this has had a big impact on today been feeling rubbish all day and I have hurt from head to toe and nothing I could do could help so this then put me in a bad mood as well grrrrr ope tonight is better

So sorry. Had a bad night myself and so have been like a zombie and missed the whole day. Got a busy day tomorrow with a disability meeting that is just before meeting the head of Social Services. He is asking how they can help us live independently. With Direct Payments and/or Independent living. Should be interesting given that Social Services are trying to cut the hours I get help down since awarded in 2006. I am SO much worse now... Hope I can attend all future meetings and policy meetings to get our voice herd and conditions of chronic pain more understood.
