Getting out of bed and down stairs is a big deal for me (and all of us) and I'm lucky enough to have a downstairs loo which I can use during the rest of the day.
I have an 11 month old baby for 9 hours today so not sure how I'm going to manage. She's not walking yet and is usually flat on the floor as she pulls herself along on her stomach. It's good when she wears dungarees, I can often get hold of the straps and pick her up by those if she happens to be near the settee. I can sit on it and get her that way xxx
Thanks Christine, I'm not looking forward to it. She's teething and clingy and when she does get on my lap, she wriggles and wants to get off and then wants to get on again. The older children are so much easier.
Lying down for a few hours does indeed play havoc with the Fibro doesn't it, even for me who isn't as bad as most of you on here. I stand at the top of the stairs and try and gear myself up for getting down lol. My back and hips are much worse in the mornings.
