busy day tmrw, and shattered but still awake :(

back to work tmrw, nice early nite i thought, how wrong was i. on another blog i wrote about, how i write all meds down. (oooh how orgainised i thought i was) then i got engrossed in got 2 dance and forget. what a fool.. late meds = long nights + zombie morning. oh the joys xxx

Oh dear thats fibro fog to blame for that one it is awful how just a late med can affect you so much i do hope you manage to look fairly human today lots of love and soft hugs Diddle x

Thanks for the comments ladies x, was ok, but hate that groggy feeling if i take it late :(. So set alarm of my phone now.
