Hi!

If youre worried about how you feel, speak to a pharmacist. Im sure they will reassure you or say whether you definitely need to be seen.

I have back, neck and shoulder pain as standard these days but it has been flaring badly together with a thumping head too. May well be connected to some virus etc. Miserable, isnt it. Get comfy & warm & try to relax.

Take care!

Wish I could but I have to help my wife with her job as a carer with a man who is bed ridden 24 7 unless I get him out of bed for his exercise. and so I have to lift him

what’s your blood pressure like? Mine shoots up with my pain level causing headaches. Otherwise body temperature if it’s a viral thing when ever I get sick my back hurts first

Hi I am sorry you have so much pain. Have you tried hot or cold rubs? They sometimes help. I get bad migraine and tiger balm rubbed into my neck helps with the worst pain. See the pharmacist as suggested but don’t leave it too long to try the gp again if it doesn’t go away. Good luck.

Thanks, I need to try the balm as I am still going through a nightmare with it. But it is not helping me as I still have to go to work and lift Thomas in his chair

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and this stops me walking properly and causes some back pain but to this extent I have never had in my life and I am 62 now. But I still have to keep going and work.
