hi wondering if anyone here has had Facet joint Rhizolysis/Radio Frequency Lesioning Denervation, I have been offered this procedure as I've had 2 procedure for lower back nerve blocker injection in the last 12 months, the blockers helped short term, but fybromyalgia pain/Fatigue still there limiting mobility needing to use pain killers, I will probably still have these symptoms even with the lower back treatment. I would like to keep as mobile as I can I get a lot of backpain after a short walk,I do swim when symptoms allow, but have recently had recurring ear infection/pain that is under investigation. so has anyone had /benefited from. this procedure I would welcome any advice comments wishing you all a low pain happy days

thanks for reply JWAZ much appreciated and very positive, consultant did say I could have anaesthetic, but not keen on that let's face it we are used to pain anyway 🦋💜🫂
yes I had them every year from 2010-2014 only can get them once yearly I also had sciatica nerves severed too Then in 2014 I got out of bed following morning and fell I couldn’t walk For 2 days it also left me with functional tremors and on crutches still But for them 4 years I did keep my mobility It’s worth the try Good luck
thanks for reply Fybroplus that was my concern sideffects, I don't need to use walking stick very often, but I can't walk far without being in pain, it's good to keep mobile for fybromyalgia, I'm sorry you ended up on crutches, I appreciate your feedback 🦋💜🫂
yes I definitely try to keep mobile no matter how bad I am I have got a electric wheelchair but only use it when I’m exhausted and want to go out in the fresh air instead of being couped up inside Stay strong and good luck xx
