Hello, I have CFS (auto immune) with my fibro so I am prone to picking things up and also have young grandchildren in primary so they can bring germs in, I was told too take a multi vitamin tablet a day too help by one doctor. Can you have a word with your doctors surgery for some advice , a blood test will also pick up on anything. They want another BT from me soon as checking my Vitamin D levels. So having some bloods done is a good way of getting checked. I hope your infections go soon .
