Hi Lovecoffee,Sorry to hear about your situation hun.

I've been on duloxetine for 2weeks. I've also been more dizzy since on it. Change in weather can be agony.

Good luck going to the pain clinic hugs Dawn 🤗🤗🤗🙃🤗🤗🤗😍❤

I have both these conditions and my pain is being successfully managed by duloxetine. However - I was told by a consultant to have 9-10h sleep. If I have to cut that short with an earlier morning I am extremely dizzy for some time.

I take 30mg of duloxetine in the morning and sleep very well now and this has vastly reduced my pain.

Hope this reconciles for you it’s awful being dizzy and not knowing what it is.

Yep, same here. The hope that getting extra sleep and it'll be restful is most often a letdown. I haven't had a night of truly restful sleep in well over 20 years. Actually longer than that since I've had this miserable illness for over 30 years. Interestingly, when I stopped taking duloxetine the dizziness ceased along with the miserable hives.

Hi Love coffee, I quite often get dizzy spells that seem to be getting worse lately. I am taking Duloxetine 120mgs for fibromyalgia with Gabapentin and it's done a lot for my pain due to fibromyalgia.I don't think there's a connection in my case to the Duloxetine. I'm having investigations for my heart at the moment, and although the cardiologist thinks my symptoms are due to fibromyalgia, I am wondering if these are causing the dizziness.

Have you seen your doctor about your dizzy spells? It may be helpful as it may be fibromyalgia causing it or maybe not and something else is going on.

Take care, love and prayer, Elaine xx
