Hello , I would speak too your GP for some advice , if it’s been going on awhile for you so proberly the best place too start 1st. I sleep warm at night but I think it’s a side effect of the medication I take , I always keep plenty of water too hydrate too, i hope you get some answers very soon .

Hey. Yes there are female GP’s there but I have already been tested for peri menopause because my mum started hers early but that came back negative. I have a mri scan coming up as they think I may have MS. This is all so exhausting. I just can’t get the answers I need 😔 xx

Good afternoon. That you for your advice, I am going to have a look for one.

I have been tested for peri menopause but I was told that’s not happening yet. I have heard that before as well but I don’t have any problems during the day, it all come out at night 🤷‍♀️
